Membership Requirements: Any citizen of the United States may become a member upon vote of the Executive Committee after subscribing to and signing the pledge at the bottom of the form, meeting the requirements listed, and payment of the usual initiation fees and dues. Specific conditions of new membership include successfully passing an NICS background check which may be evidenced by providing a copy of any of the following:
- Current member in good standing of the Washington Arms Collectors
- Current member of Law Enforcement
- Current holder of valid Washington Concealed Carry Permit
- Receipt showing recent firearms purchase
- NICS background check arranged and paid for by potential member.
